We had an amazing time and jukebox/karaoke was a big hit!! Excellent service and value for money...would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

The DJs were excellent, and we could not fault them at all. They made our wedding reception stress-free, and were very friendly and willing to help us out in any way they could. It took all of the pressure off my now husband and I, which is what we were wanting, and we would have no hesitations in recommending Mobydisc to our family and friends. We will also keep your company in mind for any future events we organise ourselves. Anne, I also appreciated your friendly phone and email service, and prompt acknowledgement for our requests and payments etc. I had to chase up so many people and companies for answers before our wedding, and this was very stressful. But was so happy and relieved that Mobydisc was so well organised, and was not one of those companies. We have used Mobydisc for the last 3 years and they have always been great. This year was no different.

We would like to thank Mobydisc and more importantly Mel for making our wedding day run so smoothly. Mel had a wonderful sense of humour and really added some sparkle to the reception. A lot of guests were not interested in dancing and she took it in her stride, put on some suitable music, but made sure my husband and myself left with a bang. Dancing with our guests to our favourite song at the end of the reception is a highlight that will stay with me and a truly magic moment. We were not going to have a DJ for our wedding, and decided at the last minute to book one, I am so glad we did, and I would recommend Mobydisc to anyone asking (in fact I already have recommended you to friends).

Hi Anne, Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the Mobydisc Jukebox which we hired for our daughter's 13th birthday party last night. The party was a huge success and I'm sure it's all due to the fun the girls had with the Jukebox - they loved being able to choose all their favourite songs to dance to and it was an added bonus having 2 microphones and the karaoke function so they could sing their hearts out! I loved that Alan delivered it on time, didn't take long to set it up, made it easy for me to understand and was then back the next day exactly when he said he would be to take it all away - no drama at all. Everyone of my daughter's friends left last night saying 'best party ever' and you couldn't ask for more than that! the Jukebox was an absolute hit at the party and it catered to all age groups, especially the 'bored' teenagers who perked up when they realised they could pick songs and loved that they could actually pick songs they knew. I would also like to say a big thankyou to Belinda who was most helpful and agreed to the times I asked to pick up and return to her without qualms. She was awesome. People asked me where we got it from and I told them, as they were very impressed. Even my daughter reminded me it was her 16th birthday next year and we should hire one again, but with a DJ this time, so you will probably hear from us again. Also Anne in the office was friendly and very helpful too. Thanks Mobydisc for helping make our night. We will be back.

We first used Mobydisc for our wedding reception in 1985. It was a pleasure to again use your services for our daughter's reception. Brett was highly professional, contacting us a couple of times before the big day to check that all details were understood. He made excellent use of our music selection and was both cooperative and proactive to make sure that everything ran smoothly. A personal highlight was Brett instinctively selecting our wedding song to follow my daughter and son-in-law's first dance together to their 2010 wedding song. I danced with my daughter to my my wedding song and it is something I will always treasure. Many thanks to you all for your assistance.

Our DJ played songs that got everyone on the dance floor. I received many fantastic comments from our guests about the quality of the music. I think our DJ really helped make our night fabulous!

This party was for myself celebrating my 50th birthday which happened to be on the day of Saturday 9th October so my wish was to have family and friends and to have a dance. The atmosphere Mobydisc gave to our home from the moment it was delivered by Alan was amazing. Whist preparing for the party we were just listening and tapping our feet along and singing along to its random selections, plus my son having fun with the karaoke - preparation was made easy. In conclusion, we ate food, cut cake and gave speeches and were dancing by 9.30 then stopped the music at midnight to be respectful to our neighbours, but by then myself and my party guests were exhausted from the dancing and fun... everyone had a great time including me... my wish came true... Family, Friends, a Dance and Memories forever - what a great day. Many thanks to Alan who delivered the unit he was informative, helpful, bright and bubbly and knew his music. Also the ease of user operation was great being able to delete, move selection of song was great.

Mobydisc provides an outstanding service, their quick reply on questions we asked either via phone calls or emails tried to help us make our night perfect. Vlad is friendly and very helpful, phoned me to help chose our specific songs (bridal waltz & cutting of the cake). He arrived early to set up and get things ready before the wedding. I just want to thank you so much for being so professional, the person who dropped the jukebox off and picked it up was fantastic! All of our guests commented on what a good time they had and a lot of it was thanks to the great music and karaoke. At first we were a little unsure about how it would go with everything, but it was brilliant and we would not have changed it for the world.

Stef was fantastic! She arrived on time, was extremely friendly, played exactly the right music the whole night. The function could not have gone better. I highly recommend Mobydisc to friends and family and will remain doing so. I can't wait until my next party in November! I will definitely request Stef again. Thank you very much!

The jukebox was exactly what I expected. It was easy to use and straight forward and the delivery was extremely easy and stress free.

We had a brilliant venue at our Golf Club and all guests thoroughly enjoyed the night. It was a fairytale wedding and everyone commented what an excellent job our DJ Alan did, making the evening a huge success by keeping the music flowing all night. We only had a few special requests and relied on his professional expertise with the rest of the songs to which he performed an excellent job. He was also very approachable and very obliging in what we wanted during the evening, soft music during dinner and more dancing music later. His pick of songs had everyone dancing on the floor and it catered to our crowd, (more middle aged people and a few younger crowd). We highly recommend Alan and wouldn't hesitate to use his service in the near future. Many thanks.

Our DJ was excellent and had a good grasp of the crowd, was willing to please and played exactly the right music. He was friendly and helpful and knew his stuff. Everyone had a great night. I would recommend this DJ to friends. Also, before I booked you, I did a bit of checking around on price and types of DJ's for my function. You were one of the cheapest DJ companies (over $150 difference with the most expensive), but you more than lived up to expectations. I'm certainly glad I didn't go with the other more expensive options. Thanks for a great night.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Mobydisc again. The booking and planning was really easy. The night went really well. With some DJ's the party is all about them. This DJ was very professional. Did exactly what we asked. Kept the party going nicely.

I was a little concerned about booking a DJ sight unseen and with no recommendations from friends etc however I thought it was a great decision from the ease and professionalism of the booking especially at short notice. The DJ was great with the young girls and worked in well with both myself and the venue staff. I will certainly be looking to using a Mobydisc DJ at my function again next year and will recommend them to anyone who asks after the name of a DJ.

The jukebox was an absolute blast at our daughter's 21st. It was perfect. Thank you so much we couldn't fault anyone or anything. The microphone was also great for the speeches. I didn't hear anyone complain about not being able to find a song and the music just kept going all night.
